HOW I DEVELOPED THROUGH JOURNALING


I grew up in Germany within a family that was all about logic and achievement. Showing weaknesses or emotions wasn't a thing. It made me a perfectionist, self-critical, and ever wondering about how develop and improve myself. On first sight, maybe great qualities. But they also invite a lot of self-doubt, feeling that I am never good enough, and fear of being vulnerable.

Unable to initially speak about it, I found that sharing my thoughts and emotions on paper brought clarity and perspective. It helped me put my thoughts into words, deal with problems, and find ways to talk about what bothered me with others - filling a stack of journals in the last seven years.

Enjoying these benefits made me research and integrate journaling approaches in my university classes. As a result, for the first time, many of my students experienced the benefits journaling has to offer. Some even continued beyond my class. Not because of me, but because of what they had learned.

This brings me to the course. This course is my attempt to reach beyond the classroom and share what I have learned with you. I would love for you to experience the benefits of “The Science of Journaling.” I know it can help you take the next step on your journey, no matter if it is about gaining clarity, becoming unstuck, or finding ways to develop your life and your business.

How long do I have access to the course?
How does a lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the webinar recording and the featured e-book.
Do I need a journal to start?
You don't need a journal although having a blank piece of paper might be helpful to follow the webinar, take some notes, and test a journaling technique right after the webinar has ended. A notepad, word, or something to write digitally will work as well.
